Njabulo Ngubeni
​My Name is Njabulo Ngubeni, I have been with the Motor Industry since 2018. My role in the company is a Director.
​As the Director of NK Auto Repairs, I oversee the strategic operations of our general maintenance and repair workshop. With over eight years of hands-on experience in the automotive sector, I bridge the gap between technical precision and efficient business management. My academic background in Operations Management from the University of Johannesburg, combined with my studies in Mechanical Engineering, allows me to optimise our workshop’s workflow while ensuring the highest standards of mechanical integrity.
​Beyond the workshop floor, I am deeply committed to the growth of the industry and its people. I serve as a business management mentor, sharing the insights I’ve gained from building and managing a successful repair business to help others navigate the complexities of entrepreneurship.
Nomvula Mgidi
My Name is Nomvula Mgidi, ive being in this industry for five year. Being an Entrepreneur allowed me 2020 working hard to tranform this industry landscape. The industry is male dominated Vulas Services wish is to change the narrative and accommodate female.
I am Director and founder of VULAS Service with vast experience of administration. In my business I am administrator and ensuring the success of the entity. I have employed technicians to execute the projects on behalf of Vulas Service.
I’ve studies Assistant management and obtain level N6 certificate.
Vulas Service director has vast of different experience of different business. E.G…..Grass cutting and tree felling business, Civil Engineering and laundry services.
Prudence Phakathi
My name is Prudence Phakathi. I have been with the Motor Industry since June 2014. I am the Director of the company.
As the Director of the company I oversee on the day to day running of the business. I am responsible for inspecting the vehicles for accurate quoting purposes. I am also responsible for Operations where I oversee the maintenance and repairs of vehicles allocated to the company. My academic background in Project Management and Business Administration had made it easy in the management of the company.
